A: At 360 APEX, a **Slideshow** is just a video made with still images and aerial shots of the property, with the agent's contact information at the end of the video. A: While homes are generally more attractive if they are furnished or staged prior to the real estate photography session, I can photograph a completely empty home as well. However, I encourage you to consider hiring a home stager if the home is vacant, at least to stage important rooms like the master - Q: How much notice do you need to schedule my photoshoot? A: Ideally, for day time photoshoots 2 - 3 days notice should be provided in order to get your preferred date and time. I can occasionally accommodate last minute requests, but it is best not to rely on that. Twilight photoshoots are very popular and tend to fill up quickly. Our pilots have many years of experience and know how to get that standout shot without putting people or property in harm’s way. Additionally, all of our drone systems have an automatic return home function if there is ever a poor signal or low battery. - Q: How are images delivered? A: Delivery is via a Google Drive Folder, link sent to the email address(es) you supply. All images will be delivered in this JPG format; additional sizes & crops available on request. WE DO NOT DELIVER RAW FILES. Images will be available for download for a maximum of 30 days; requests for downloads af - Q: How can I help prepare my client's (or my) home for a real estate photo shoot? A: The neater and cleaner your home or business is, the better it will photograph. Always start with a good cleaning. But to help homeowners and realtors prepare for the real estate photography we have prepared a checklist of things you can do to really make the home photo-ready. - Q: What is our reschedule and cancellation policy? A: We understand in this fast-paced world, things happen. We would hope that you would give us notice as soon as you were made aware of a problem. But if a cancellation is made less then 24 hours from our appointment time, we will need to charge a $75 dollar cancellation/reschedule fee. Please note - Q: Are your walkthroughs filmed in 4K? A: Yes. It is critical to us that our clients are 100% satisfied with our real estate photography services. A: We retain the copyright to the images unless special arraignments are made and additional licensing fees are paid. Our package prices do NOT include anything more than MLS usage licensing, and related social media. A: The amount of time required to properly photograph a home or commercial building can vary greatly. The biggest factor is the size of the property. As a general guideline plan for about 1 hour. A: Access to the property will need to be provided, but you do not need to be present. If the home has a lockbox installed you can provide that code for access. A: Photoshop is an awesome tool with a lot of power. However, nothing replaces making sure the home is photo-ready when the photographer arrives. A: Real estate photography sessions include a 24-hour turnaround, so expect to see your photos within 24 hours of the end of the photography appointment.
