# Calipio > Help center and documentation for Calipio ## FAQ - Q: Can you define a password for the recording access? A: All videos are end to end encrypted and you can only watch them with the correct link which the creator has to distribute - Q: Is there a permission system? A: It is part of the user roles, please see the corresponding knowledge-base article: https://calipio.com/knowledge-base/user-roles/ - Q: Where can I find the recovery key? A: You can export the recovery key any time from your account: https://calipio.com/app/account - Q: How many libraries can we create for 3 codes? A: The number of libraries (folders in fact) will be up to you as soon as we launch that feature - Q: If my storage is full, can I delete old recordings and be able to record again? A: Yes, of course - Q: Is there a limit in any other way with unlimited storage? A: There is a fair use policy that restricts the maximum recording length to 6hrs and to 24hrs of recordings per day. - Q: Can I record a video, like on YouTube, and record the sound of the video? A: Users can record computer audio, please see this example about how it is done: https://calip.io/xhpRG0Cu#z5XC27Sc Please mind the user rights and copyrights of what you are recording! - Q: What type of file can we attach? And what are the best use cases for this feature? A: You might attach files that you mention during your recording - Q: Why is there end to end encryption? A: End to end encryption only ensures total privacy. Creators of videos decide who can see their recordings by sharing the links with a selected audience. We prepared two articles about Calipios End-to-End Encryption. I suggest starting with the high-level article, https://calipio.com/blog/calipio - Q: When will the roadmap features be available? A: Please check our Roadmap here along with ETA, https://calipio.prodcamp.com/ - Q: Why do I need to grant Google Drive access? A: Just turn on your webcam upon starting a recording! - Q: What use cases can I solve with API access?
