- Q: I can’t see the registration form on my shop. Where is it?
  A: If you checked the box for "Registration page" during installation, then your form will automatically be installed on your selected theme's registration page (/account/register). 

Navigate to the "Preview" tab and click **View on storefront** to preview your theme's registration form.

  A: To rename your form, navigate to the "Settings" tab within an existing form. In the first section (General) you can edit the name of your form.

In Customer Fields, all "Standard" and "Address" fields sync directly with the Customer page in Shopify admin.
