- Q: I've installed the Crystal Ball extension but I don't see the annotations, how do I use it?
  A: Anytime you go to one of your Google Analytics report, just make sure that the Crystal Ball extension for Chrome is activated. If it’s not, just activate it by clicking on the extension icon and Login.

If you Login already and don't see the annotations, just REFRESH your browser.

- Q: When you should use annotations?
  A: Annotate any event that may positively or negatively influence user activity on your website traffic and KPIs.

These events could be both internal and external, so annotations can come from different teams within your company or external events.

Annotate events such as:
