  A: We're a small outfit and can't guarantee someone will be available to answer your questions in real-time, but we read every message you send us and will answer as soon as we can — usually within a few hours.

- Q: Is [x] product available as a digital download / in hard copy?
  A: Most of our resources are available in both hard-copy and digital formats, though not all appear on our website (we're working on it!). If you can't see the format you're looking for, drop us a line and we'll see what we can do.

- Q: Help! My question isn't covered here.

- Q: Do you offer free shipping?
  A: Orders over $100 before discounts are eligible for free shipping, for retail customers only.

- Q: Is the data for your social-proof pop-ups real, or manufactured?
  A: It's 100% real. We're aware that some social-proof services can be programmed to portray manufactured or random data, but we don't do that here. Our social proof widget is powered by Influence, a company committed to only displaying their clients' authentic and verified data.
