## FAQ
- Q: How many personas can I generate?
  A: You can generate unlimited personas, but the system will create 1 per connected website at a time. You can also generate personas from scratch, using 16 pre-populated templates, and also you can switch websites and create other personas from analytics too.

- Q: I used a free test account and now I cannot redeem my SaaS Mantra coupon.
  A: The LTD is only available to new accounts. You may need to register with a different email if you used a free account before, or you can delete your free account under Account > Profile, and register a new one with a SaaSMantra coupon.

- Q: How do I create a new Workspace?
  A: We are wrapping up the UI for it - please let us know # workspaces you want to start with and users that need to be a part of them, and we will add those from the backend.

  A: Does Tier 3 white label include CNAME and custom SMTP?

- Q: Does Growth Channel work for other languages/countries?
  A: Localization is limited but possible. For example, content, keywords, ads, and media sites will be local, but tactics, templates, and overall app layout is in English.

- Q: What are add-ons?
  A: Membership is not the only product of Growth Channel, as we also have full marketing plan generation in place, an ad platform, and other marketing automation tools that we offer, which are available to SaaSMantra customers but are out of scope for this specific deal.

- Q: Are generation marketing plans included for Tier 3
  A: No, AI-generated marketing plans come as add-ons for all SaaSMantra deal tiers.

- Q: How is tier 3 different from tier 1 & 2?
  A: Tier 3 has unlimited access to generate competitor analysis, website audit, and 10x more users and workspaces, with a white label/reseller option (allowing you to change Growth Channel to your own branding).

- Q: How do I get white-label?
  A: For white-label, please share your logo and color codes, so we can update the UI. We are wrapping up the UI for it - please share details via live chat or email hello@growthchannel.org.

- Q: How many websites can I have per workspace?
  A: Currently, you can have 1 Google Analytics connection per workspace, but you can also switch between websites. We are working on giving a possibility to connect multiple website analytics per workspace, and it’s currently on the roadmap.

- Q: How to add new competitors?
  A: Please navigate to Progress > Competitors. You will need to have completed a questionnaire and then can have an overview of competitors' analysis based on that.
