- Q: Who is permitted to take advantage of the student discount?
  A: The student discount applies to all students who are demonstrably enrolled at a college or university or are in a comparable training program.

- Q: Access to recordings
  A: If you purchase a ticket for our 2021 online conference, you will have access to all recordings of the sessions until December 15, 2021.

- Q: Is the ticket purchase only worth it if I can be online the complete time?
  A: We recommend that you keep the weekend free to attend the conference in order to be able to participate in the presentations live and to engage in an exchange with speakers and participants. However, you will have access to the recorded presentations for up to 30 days after the end of the conference

- Q: Special offers for participants from Eastern Europe
  A: If you are an Eastern Europe Citizen, please sent an email to [info@isppm.ngo](mailto:info@isppm.ngo?subject=EasternEuropeDiscount) and ask for an Eastern Europe Discount.
