A: If your internet connection is poor or inconsistent you may experience problems during playback. And sometimes there could be too many browser tabs open taking up other resources that slow the viewing experience. Try closing down other programs/tabs. - Q: Do you have an iPhone/ iPad/ AppleTV / Android device app? A: They are ready! A: Simply click Forgot your password on the Sign In page, enter the email address you used when you created an account and a link to reset your password will be sent to you. - Q: Video quality is sometimes sharp, sometimes a little blur or pixeled. Why? A: We use adaptive bitrate streaming which means the streaming quality will automatically adjust based on your internet speed. For High Definition (HD) streaming we recommend VDSL, cable or fibre connections as we cannot guarantee consistent HD streaming on ADSL. - Q: I can’t stream any of the content, what’s going on? A: Check your minimum system requirements above. We recommend that you update to the latest version of your browser. For High Definition (HD) streaming we recommend VDSL, cable - Q: What are the system requirements? A: You can watch on PCs running Windows 7+, Intel-based Macs running macOS10.12+. You can wait up to 14 days (rental period) to start to watch your movie content from the day of release or purchase, (which ever is later). E.g. Movie Fantastic is released on 8 July. 1. You purchased it before the 8 July, the 14 days countdown start from - Q: Is that price in USD? A: No, that's SGD, Singapore Dollars listed. - Q: How do I use my promo code?
