  A: Each class will be held using Zoom and limited to 5 agents. Agents will receive a Zoom link prior to their scheduled class.

- Q: How long is the class?
  A: The class typically lasts about 2.5 hours, depending on agent questions.

- Q: Is there anything I need to do before the class?
  A: Yes. In order to save some time we need you to connect a few things on your end so when it comes time for class we can simply show you how to use it!
