  A: Click on the three dots in the right corner of the page. (Note: On smaller screens it doesn't show) Here you can log in with your e-mail address and create your personal program!

- Q: What browser do i need?
  A: To attend or host a webinar you'll need to be on the latest version of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge, Opera.

Internet Explorer 11 is not supported! So please try to update.

  A: Declaring taxes is important. We understand this. When you bought a ticket, an invoice was sent to your email. Please check also your spam-folder.

- Q: Watching replays? How does that work?
  A: The 'replay' will be available online **48 hours** after the event. When you log-in you find the 'replays' in the main menu.

You can review all workshops, including presentations for which you have not registered!

- Q: How do i create my personal program?
  A: Four steps to create your own personal program:

- **Step 1**: Select the workshop (Look under program in the website menu)
- **Step 2**: Click on 'add to my program'
- **Step 3**: Done!
- **Step 4**: As an extra step you can add the workshop to your own agenda (program)!
