- Q: Can I buy any add-ons?
  A: If by add-on you mean additional user licenses or SMS credits, yes. You can add users at any time, and will be charged for SMS messages above you limit, on a monthly basis.

- Q: What languages do you support?
  A: Macanta is only available in English at the moment.

- Q: Why do I have to add a Credit Card, when adding users?
  A: Before you can add additional users, you will need to add a credit card and start a Macanta subscription.

At that point you will not be charged for any users, SMS Numbers or SMS Messages, to the limit of the tier purchased.

- Q: Can I change the login email after purchase, in order to use a different email for login?
  A: This is possible, but would require you to reach out to us directly, as we will update it. You will then need to reset your password before you can log in with the new email address.

- Q: Can I Increase the limits of a Tier?
  A: Yes, you can do this in two ways:

1 - While it is possible, you can upgrade your purchase via AppSumo to access higher limits.

2 - Once the deal is finished on AppSumo, you'll be able to increase your limit, directly through Macanta. This will be by paying for additional users, or additional S

- Q: Why are the higher tiers so much more expensive?
  A: In truth, they are not, considering everything you get in the higher tiers. These tiers are more expensive because there is a direct cost to us for the increased limits, which we can not simply carry as a business of our scale.
