A: We begin each season on March 1st- and end our season on October 31st. - Q: Is your snorkeling equipment sanitized? A: Yes!! All of our snorkeling gear in sanitized in a solution after each tour. You are the first person to use your gear after it has been sanitized. - Q: What is the difference in a private trip and a non private trip? A: The biggest difference is customization. When we have multiple groups on the boat we keep the trip neutral to accommodate all parties on board. The private boat allows you to communicate with the captain and spend the tour time exactly how you’d like. For the 2 hour private tour you can choo - Q: Should we tip our captain? How much? A: If your captain does a great job at ensuring your group has a wonderful time on the water (and they will) then yes. Our captains are seasonal workers and appreciate any amount of gratuity. There is no standard amount in our industry so use your discretion based on your experience. - Q: What if I don’t know how to swim? A: We provide life-jackets for all of our guests and our captains keep the boat close to you while you are in the water. There is a swim ladder on the side of the boat that makes for easy entry into the water and back into the boat. No one is required to get in the water and you are welcome to view - Q: Is the sunset tour the same price? A: Yes! - Q: I need to remove a passenger from my reservation A: No problem! Just shoot us a text at 850-252-7209 and we will make the necessary changes for you as long as you are not within 24 hours of your tour time. Changes cannot be made within 24 hours of your tour. - Q: Help, I didn’t receive my email confirmation. A: No worries! We all make typos! Just send us a text at 850-252-7209 and we will fix this for you! - Q: What if someone in my party just wants to ride on the boat and not swim with the dolphins? A: We have limited seating on each boat so we do not offer a different price option for observers or participants. - Q: Can we bring our own snorkel gear? A: Yes! - Q: Do you take pictures for us? A: Our captains are happy to take pictures for you as long as they can safely navigate the boat and do so. We do not have a dedicated photographer on board. You are welcome to take as many pictures as you like with any device you bring. - Q: What happens if it rains? A: We do not operate in high winds or lightening. If there is light rain in the area and your captain feels it is safe we will offer you the option to cancel, reschedule, or depart for your tour. Bring your phones, go-pros, waterproof cameras or anything you have available to take pictures. - Q: Do you provide wetsuits? A: In the cooler months, some of our locations do offer wetsuit rentals on site. If you would like to be booked at a location that offers wetsuit rentals you can text us at 850-252-7209 - Q: What are your business hours? A: Our reservation office is open 7 days weekly. Monday- Friday we are available from 8am-6pm. Saturday and Sunday we are available from 9am-5pm. We are an owner/ operated business so at times we may be on the water with customers without immediate availability on the phone. If you have a text - Q: What do we do on the sunset tour? A: On the sunset tour we operate the same as our daytime tours. You will still have the opportunity to swim with dolphins and snorkel. You will have the added bonus of the sunset at the end of your tour. - Q: What are your tour times? A: **Spring and Fall Tour Times:** *2 hour tour:* 9-11 11:30-1:30 2:00-4:00 4:30-6:30 *3 hour tour:* 10:30-1:30 2:00-5:00 **Peak Summer Tour Times:** *2 hour tour:* 8:00-10:00 10:30- 12:30 1:00-3:00 3:30-5:30 6:00-8:00 *3 hour tour:* 10:00-1:00 1:30-4:30 5:00-8:00. - Q: What can we bring on the tour? A: We have plenty of storage on our boats, you may bring a beach bag with towels and sunscreen or any other supplies you would like to have on board. We will have a cooler on board for you that will be stocked with ice and bottled water. You may bring any snacks or drinks that you would like. O - Q: What if we have 7 people? A: 7 passengers is a tricky number in our industry and we understand it may be frustrating for you as it is for us as well. The coast guard does not make exceptions for their 6 passenger rule, even if your 7th passenger is a baby. To accommodate a group of 7 we will need to take 2 boats that will s - Q: What should we wear? A: Whatever you would pack or wear to go to the beach is all you need with us. Wear your swimsuit under your clothes. You will have time to remove any additional clothing before getting in the water. There is no area to change on the boat. - Q: Can we bring alcohol? A: Yes, you have a captain driving the boat for you and you are welcome to enjoy yourself! Just no glass containers. - Q: How much time do we spend with the dolphins? A: For the 2 hour non private tour we typically spend about 45 minutes with the dolphins before heading to our snorkeling location. On any of the private tours: you have the freedom to communicate with your captain and devote as much time to each activity as we have. - Q: Do you allows dogs or service animals on the boat? A: Some of our locations allow dogs, our main location on Panama City beach does not allow dogs. If you are traveling with a pet and would like to bring them along for your tour please text us at: 850-252-7209 so we may discuss pet friendly options for you. Also, any passengers traveling with dogs - Q: Do you provide life-jackets for kids? A: YES! The coast guard requires children who are 6 and under to wear a life-jacket the entire time they are on board. We provide life-jackets for children as well as all of our passengers. If you have your own life-jacket you are welcome to bring it. Your captain will verify that it is U.S. Co - Q: Are we guaranteed to see dolphins? A: It is very odd that we do not see dolphins on our tours as we have a large population here in our local waters. We may have a few trips each year where it is harder to spot them or they have moved further away for a short period of time but this is not a typical experience. - Q: What if we have more than 6 people? A: To accommodate groups larger than 6 we must take an additional boat. These boats will stay together throughout the entire trip so whenever your group is partaking in any portion of your tour you will all be together. Each private boat can accommodate a maximum of 6 passengers. Booking multiple p - Q: Is there a weight limit? A: We do not have a weight limit for our tours but please keep in mind if you plan to get in the water you will need to use a swim ladder to get back in the boat. - Q: Can we get a refund after our tour? A: Unless there is a special circumstance related to bad weather where we could not operate your tour the answer is no. Any disputes related to your experience on the water must be handled in person, on location after your tour. A: We typically see dolphins on every tour so we always recommend to choose a tour time that is best for your group. Our last tour of each day is our sunset tour.
