## FAQ
- Q: How does an agency account work?
  A: An agency account is an admin account that you use to manage sub-accounts (of your clients or customers).

All limitations apply to the agency account that you purchased and registered. Then it's up to you to decide how many limited items (published testimonials / websites / unique visitors) go to

- Q: How are testimonials counted?
  A: The limit of published testimonials is set per account. 

Eg: If your plan allows you to publish 500 testimonials, this is the overall number of all published testimonials your 10 sub-accounts may have.

You can break this to 50 testimonials for each sub-account, or act accordingly to your clien

- Q: How are Unique Visitors counted?
  A: Trust counts unique visitors per account, not per website. 

If the same person visits your 2 different websites where Trust is installed, this is counted as 2 unique visits in your account.

- Q: Are there any discounts on upgrades?
  A: For sure.

After the deal ends, you can get additional accounts / sub-users at $30/month.

This includes:
- 1 sub-account
- 50.000 monthly visitors 
- 100 testimonials 
- 5 websites 
- 5 team members

- Q: How are the websites counted?
  A: The amount of websites is similar to the maximum monthly unique visitors. It counts per account.

- Q: How do sub-accounts work?
  A: When you are on the Agency plan, each of your clients / customers needs to create a sub-account. 

In the sub-account itself the features remain the same, except for creating additional sub-accounts. 

Each sub-account can add as many team members as the general plan allows.

- Q: Whitelabel in Business (vs) Agency plan?
  A: Under the Business plan, you can Whitelabel your Domains for the public survey forms, via CNAME feature.

Depending on the number of codes (2-4) you purchase, you can white-label as many number of domains.

- Q: How does the white-labeling work?
  A: The whitelabeling features are only available for the agency (admin) account:

- Custom domain for the platform (thecompany.app instead of app.usetrust.app)
- Custom domain for forms

- Custom "Verified by The Company" label
