After you have created your loyalty stamp card, there are 3 ways to issue a stamp.
1) Display using the mobile app 'QR Scanner Rewards'. Login using your merchant account details and view your Merchant QR Code under the "More" tab.
2) Print out from the QR Code from the merchant dashboard > My Cards > Insights > Printer Icon. The printer icon is below the QR Code.
3) Issue the stamps directly from the merchant dashboard > Customers > Manually Issue Stamp. Select the customer, select the card and issue a stamp.
To prevent customers from cheating or spoofing the merchant QR code, merchants can refresh the QR code after each time they issue stamps to their customers. This can be done directly from the mobile app or the merchant dashboard.
Refreshing the merchant QR code, invalidates the previous QR code.
