Hi there!

There are two ways to create a tag:

1. Click on the 'My Actions' tab - at the bottom right corner 'Tags' is stated. Press on the plus symbol and you are able to create a tag.

1. Click on the 'Trends' tab - click on the plus symbol and you are able to create a tag.

There are two ways to create a learning nugget:

1. Press on the 'My Actions' tab - on the right side under Learning is the 'my learning nugget' and 'my team's learning nugget' . Click on the plus symbol next to 'my learning nugget' and the plus symbol next 'my team's learning nugget' to complete the set of information to create the learning nuggets.

1. Press on the 'My learning' tab - under 'my learning score' there is a plus symbol that you can click on, complete the set of information and create the learning nugget.

Overall performance score is shown in 'Performance' and 'My Profile'. The score is given in a percentage.

The quick way:

In the 'My Actions tab on the right, you will see the Self Assessment and Team assessment views.

If you want to see everyone at once, click on "view all assessments'.

Your manager might have set up two types of assessments, click on which type you will complete today.
