01How Long Will it Take to Process My Order?

All orders placed from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) will be processed and shipped within 1 working day upon confirmation of payment.

Orders received before 16:00 GMT will be processed and dispatched the same day - excluding weekends.

02How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

If you’ve placed an order that hasn’t yet been processed, please get in touch with us to make any changes to your order.

03Do You Accept PayPal?

PayPal is not currently supported.

04Is It Safe? Will My Payment Details be Stored?

Our website uses encryption to ensure safety of transactions. Your payment details are transmitted directly to our payment providers, so we never have a copy of your financial records on our servers. You can request deletion of your account at any time.

05What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

You can easily and safely pay for your items via a credit or debit card. Please select the ‘Credit or Debit Card (Stripe)’ option at checkout.

06How Do I Track My Order?

You can track an order here.

When you place an order with a tracked delivery method, a link is provided in your dashboard that allows you to track the parcel's journey with Royal Mail or DPD Express (depending on service chosen).

07Which Countries do you Ship to Internationally?

Outside of mainland UK, we currently ship to:

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Republic of Ireland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, and Sweden.

09Will the Contents of the Package Be Revealed?

No!

As long as your product is being shipped to a UK address, there won't be any indication as to the contents. It just looks like a regular parcel, as below!

For international orders, the contents of the package often needs to be marked on the side, in order to fulfil customs requirements.

10How Long Will it Take to Get My Package?

If you’re ordering from within the UK, our two primary delivery methods take 1 – 2 working days. The DPD Express Next Day and Weekend options have an estimated delivery of 1 working day. If you’re ordering from outside the UK, it will take between 2 – 5 days, depending upon location.
