Hi there!

If you are already a member, follow these steps to update your credit card information:

1. Sign in here: TheAgilityCoach.ca Login

1. Click on your profile picture at the top right (or the avatar if you don't have a picture showing).

1. Click on Settings in the drop-down menu.

1. You should see your profile information. At the top right, in grey, you'll see 'Credit Card Info'. Click on that and you should see a button that says 'Change Card'.

Voìla!

If you forgot your password, click on the Forgot Password under the Login screen. You will be sent an email to reset your password.

Please note: occasionally you will be sent back to the home screen of the website. Either try accessing a product or try the process again. You may need to clear your browser cache, (usually under Preferences of whichever browser you are using).

You can change your password by clicking on your picture (or the generic avatar headshot) at the top right. Once you have logged in, clicking on your avatar again will give you a list of options. Click on Settings. Underneath your basic information, you will find the area to change your password.

1. First, check your junk/spam folder. (However, please keep in mind an email can take 15 minutes to arrive.)

1. Try adding kathy@theagilitycoach.ca to your contacts.

1. Whitelist kathy@theagilitycoach.ca Don't know how to whitelist an email?

1. Try submitting the form again (email spelling mistakes do happen!) :)

Are you receiving too many email notifications?

Depending on the courses/communities you are a part of, you may receive email notifications. If you would like to get notified (or NOT get notified), follow these steps:

Log in at: TheAgilityCoach.ca

Click on your avatar at the top right of the screen. (This will either be your picture or a generic head framed inside a circle.)

You will see a drop-down menu. Click on Settings.

Check "Please email me when a reply to one of my comments is created." option.

Click "Save".

You can log in by clicking on your picture (or the generic avatar in the circle) at the top right of the screen. Enter your email address and password. Or you can login here: TheAgilityCoach.ca Login

If your credit card is declined and you know it shouldn't be, chances are you have an overzealous credit card provider blocking the transaction because they think I'm a super-cyber hacker attempting to take over the world. :)

A simple call to your credit card provider to clear up the fact that I am not a super-villain and they can allow the transaction will (theoretically) create smooth sailing for any future purchases.

With today's aggressive spam filters, whitelisting an email makes sure the emails you want make it to your inbox. Aweber has a great article on how to whitelist an email, no matter what service you use.
