UniOne Terms of Use Anti-Spam Policy Reservations

Users/customers availing of the LTD provided through SaaS Mantra must acknowledge and agree that access to and use of UniOne product offered by ECOMZ Holding Limited ('Company') is subject to UniOne Terms of Use (https://unione.io/en/terms). By accessing or using UniOne, each user (at registration) confirms that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by UniOne Terms of Use. The Company reserves the right to enforce its UniOne Terms of Use and take appropriate action, including but not limited to the suspension or termination of user accounts, in the event of any violation of or non-compliance with UniOne Terms of Use.

Users/customers availing of the LTD provided through SaaS Mantra must acknowledge and agree to comply with the UniOne Anti-Spam Policy(https://unione.io/en/antispam). By accessing or using UniOne, each user (at registration) confirms that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by UniOne Anti-Spam Policy, which prohibits the use of UniOne product for any form of spamming, including but not limited to unsolicited bulk email, deceptive email practices, or violation of applicable anti-spam laws and regulations. The Company reserves the right to monitor user activities and take necessary actions, including but not limited to account suspension or termination, in cases of non-compliance with the Anti-Spam Policy.

In the event that a user/customer availing of the LTD provided through SaaS Mantra breaches UniOne Terms of Use or Anti-Spam Policy ('Violation'), the Company reserves the right to take appropriate action, including but not limited to the suspension or termination of the user's access to UniOne. Furthermore, in the event of a Violation, the Company shall not be bound by any terms, obligations, or commitments set forth herein pertaining to the provision of the LTD to said customer/user. You acknowledge and agrees that any such Violation may result in the Company's unilateral decision to revoke the benefits or privileges associated with the LTD provided through SaaS Mantra in terms of violation.

UniOne Refund Policy Reservation

The Company shall not be obligated to provide any refunds to users who have violated the breaches UniOne Terms of Use or Anti-Spam Policy (“Violation”). You acknowledge and agree that any payments made in connection with the UniOne LTD provided through SaaS Mantra are non-refundable in cases of Violation. You acknowledge & agree that the Company retains sole discretion in determining the applicability of the UniOne refund policy in such instances.
