Yes. We can help by creating your branded email template(s), importing contact lists, setting up automated email sequences, and arranging for collection of response data. We can also provide an EDM account if needed (from ActiveCampaign, our preferred/recommended EDM service provider).

Yes - we use common tools and services to do it, we do NOT create websites by custom coding from scratch. That's very expensive and not the sort of client we cater for. We build websites that you are quite welcome to take over and manage yourself, and we aim to make that as easy as we can.

Yes. Our Website Care packages aim to offload all the technical management of a website from your shoulders. However, the service is only available for websites powered by Wordpress, and is subject to a pre-assessment to make sure it isn't doing weirdy things. An initial project to bring it up to scratch may also be required.

Yes! Winch Websites can register new domain names (website addresses) on your behalf, and make sure they are renewed when required. You can also transfer your existing domain names over to us so you only have one service provider to deal with.

Be that to people that sign up for your newsletter, or one-off promotions you send to existing customers, or just keeping in touch and providing value to people. EDM is very effective because people can read your content when they choose, and it comes to them (instead of them having to go to your website).
