Hi there!
How can we help you today?
Each image is individually processed to ensure the composition is optimal, exposure is balanced, color is accurate, vertical lines are vertical, and any lens distortion is corrected.
Note, however, that each property will be photographed "as is" - this means if something is there and visible, it will be in the shot.
Legally, we cannot go higher than 400 feet; we typically fly much lower than that when shooting aerial video and photography.
A Property Landing Page is a one-page website that includes all the photos, video, virtual tour, property remarks, and agent's contact information. Included for free as a subdomain on our Basic and Premium Packages, and with a custom domain in our Ultimate Package. Custom Domain is also available as an addon. Custom Domains are included for just 1 year. View an example.
At 360 APEX, a Slideshow is just a video made with still images and aerial shots of the property, with the agent's contact information at the end of the video. This video is not accepted by Zillow. View an example.
A 3D Virtual Tour it's a virtual reality tour of the property, using Matterport as a platform, where visitors can jump from one room to the next one. Includes a "dollhouse" view of the property so visitors can have a better idea of the distribution of the property. For a fully immersive experience visitors can use VR Goggles. View an example.
A Video Walkthrough is a full video of the property and its surroundings, including aerial and inside footage. The video is perfectly edited to the music and in 4K resolution. Includes the agent's contact information at the end. This video is accepted by Zillow and helps boost the listing ranking visibility. View an example.
While homes are generally more attractive if they are furnished or staged prior to the real estate photography session, I can photograph a completely empty home as well. However, I encourage you to consider hiring a home stager if the home is vacant, at least to stage important rooms like the master bedroom (and bathroom), the living or family room, and the kitchen. We can also provide Virtual Staging for a small extra fee.
Ideally, for day time photoshoots 2 - 3 days notice should be provided in order to get your preferred date and time. I can occasionally accommodate last minute requests, but it is best not to rely on that. Twilight photoshoots are very popular and tend to fill up quickly. The more notice you can provide the better.
Your property is our priority! Our pilots have many years of experience and know how to get that standout shot without putting people or property in harm’s way. Additionally, all of our drone systems have an automatic return home function if there is ever a poor signal or low battery.
Delivery is via a Google Drive Folder, link sent to the email address(es) you supply. All images will be delivered in this JPG format; additional sizes & crops available on request. WE DO NOT DELIVER RAW FILES. Images will be available for download for a maximum of 30 days; requests for downloads after 30 days may incur additional costs, or may not be available at all. PLEASE SAVE YOUR IMAGES AFTER DELIVERY. This delivery and notice via e-mail shall be deemed completion of this contract in full by 360 APEX. A DVD can be provided for an additional fee.
The neater and cleaner your home or business is, the better it will photograph. Always start with a good cleaning. But to help homeowners and realtors prepare for the real estate photography we have prepared a checklist of things you can do to really make the home photo-ready.
We understand in this fast-paced world, things happen. We would hope that you would give us notice as soon as you were made aware of a problem. But if a cancellation is made less then 24 hours from our appointment time, we will need to charge a $75 dollar cancellation/reschedule fee.
Please note that we expect the property to be photo-ready for the time you set your appointment. If we must wait longer than 1/2 hour (30 minutes) after that set time at a site for it to be prepared (or to be let into the property), we add a 50% fee; if we must wait an hour or longer, or if the shoot is entirely canceled, a 100% fee will be assessed. We reserve the exclusive right to kill the shoot after one hour or more of waiting, at our sole digression. Late or cancel/kill fees must be paid in full before a new date will be scheduled.
We cannot control the weather. If the weather is inclement, we will continue with all indoor shooting, and reschedule exteriors for the next clear day. There is no penalty for weather delays.
