Hi there!
How can we help you today?
If you checked the box for "Registration page" during installation, then your form will automatically be installed on your selected theme's registration page (/account/register).
Navigate to the "Preview" tab and click View on storefront to preview your theme's registration form.
If you’re not able to view your theme’s login, registration or account pages, then your store's customer accounts may be disabled. To enable customer accounts, follow these simple steps:
- In your Shopify admin, go to Settings > Checkout
- Scroll down to Customer Accounts and make them either optional or required (your choice!)
To rename your form, navigate to the "Settings" tab within an existing form. In the first section (General) you can edit the name of your form.
Looking to send a targeted set of emails using Mailchimp and the data you’ve collected through Customer Fields?
WE’VE GOT YOU COVERED—IN TWO SIMPLE STEPS:
- Export data from Customer Fields using this guide we created for getting customer data. This data will be exported to a CSV which you can import into Mailchimp.
- Import data into Mailchimp using their help article as a guide.
What about integrations?
We’re glad you asked! We are prioritizing integrations in 2020 and the top priority are email marketing platforms like Mailchimp and Klaviyo! Stay tuned. 🎉

"Shopify fields" refers to fields that are directly synced to data columns that already exist within the Customers page in your Shopify admin (example.myshopify.com/admin/customers).
In Customer Fields, all "Standard" and "Address" fields sync directly with the Customer page in Shopify admin.
