I am not partnered with any specific computer recycling service, however if you have a dead computer or a computer that you no longer use and want to "get rid" of, I would be happy to salvage any usable parts from it and then recycle any parts that are not usable.

Any hard drives can be returned to you if you request it when you drop off the computer (in most cases we can do that immediately as soon as you drop off the computer).

In order to protect the data I may either securely erase data from hard drives or physically destroy the hard drive to prevent any possibility of anyone recovering your sensitive data.

Yes and no, and it depends. Get in touch and let me know what you are wanting to sell and I'll gladly consider it and make an offer. Some parts that we are always looking for are slightly used SSD drives and DDR3, DDR4 memory that is in good working order and free of any damage. Other parts will be considered on a case by case basis.

Yes absolutely, in fact I prefer it. I would not want to sell you a computer that would not be suitable for you. You are welcome to inspect the computer which will be setup in working condition so you can give it a try and see how you like it.

If for any reason you do not like it then you are under no obligation to buy it. We'll also give a 100% refund within 14 days if the computer is returned in the same condition or if the computer fails within 90 days for any reason and I can not fix or replace it with equal or better computer.

Yes I would be happy to consider buying your used computer. Any computer 5 years old or newer we will be happy to give you a quote for whether it works or not. We prefer Dell or HP laptop computers as those are in the highest demand, however we will also consider desktops and other brand names as well. All computers come with 90 day parts & labor warranty. If for any reason within 90 days the computer fails to work properly I'll either fix it, replace it, or give you a full refund on your purchase.

I want to provide a computer that works. If I fail to do so and can not fix or replace it then I do not deserve to keep your hard earned money

Accidental damage is NOT covered, but we are happy to do our best to help fix the computer at our normal repair rates. If it can't be fixed then we may make you an offer to buy back the computer so we may use the parts from it such as the screen or other internal parts.

This depends largely on the issue, but yes I can fix most issues. I often find that most issues are easily able to be solved. Other issues may require replacement of certain parts in your computer such as damaged/cracked screen, or other kind of damage. Get in touch and I'll be happy to discuss your needs with you.
