01Quick answers

01I have Cisco HCS Contract for UCCX. Will you be able to support our organization?

Short answer is yes. However it depends on what kind of contract you have with your current service provider. If you have admin and OS access to Cisco UC applications we can certainly support you. If you do not have admin access we will have to co-ordinate with your existing provider.

02We are facing issues with existing Service Provider for Call Quality with our hosted Cisco solution. Are you able to help?

Yes it is very common for customers to face call quality issues, Contact Center issues with hosted solutions due to various factors. We have helped quite a few customers resolve these issues. Please get in touch with our team.

03Do you support all Cisco Collaboration Applications?

Yes we have extensive experience supporting all Cisco UC / Collaboration applications. We also work with multiple Solution Plus partners in the Cisco Program, have our own custom built applications which work with Cisco API's.

04We have a relationship with a Cisco reseller. Can we still work with you for services but procure the product from our reseller?

Absolutely! In fact we partner with multiple Cisco resellers who outsource Cisco Collaboration services to us.
