One transaction only counts one student for the OTDC course; in the end, the student who’s enrolled will receive a certificate with his/her name on it. This is one of the requirements that LTO requires for every student driver. On a brighter note, the enrolled student can access his/her DriveSmart OTDC anytime, even after finishing the course.

DriveSmart Ph is an online course that teaches LTO’s Theoretical Driving Course. A self-paced driving program with substantial videos and refresher tests or assessments to fully prepare the future drivers on the road. This OTDC can be completed in approximately 15 hours or less.

All student drivers are highly encouraged to begin their OTDC promptly and commit to a dedicated time per day to finish the course according to your driving school or personal schedule.
Once you are enrolled, click Dashboard, then click LTO’s Theoretical Driving Course. You will see the course outline on the left pane. Clicking and filling up your Student Drivers Personal Information will unlock the first video, and completing this will unlock the next task, making you go through the various videos and assessments until you unlock the final exam to pass and get certified.
