06Do you ship abroad?

As of now, we can only ship nationwide within the Philippines via the website’s checkout process.

For special orders outside the Philippines, kindly contact us so we can get in touch with you and figure something out.

08Can I make changes to my order after it has been placed?

We aim to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. In most cases, your order will be lined up for packaging right away. Therefore your order is considered final once the checkout process has been completed.

09Do you allow returns / refunds?

Due to the nature of our products and for hygienic purposes, we do not allow returns / refunds due to change of mind or if there are issues with the sizing.

But we do allow returns / refunds within 7 days of receipt if our products are deemed to have any substantial factory defects. (given that it has not been worn). If that is the case, feel free to contact us using the form below.

10When can I expect my order to arrive?

Please allow us 1-2 working days to process your order. From there, we will have it shipped through our partner courier as soon as possible.

Best to expect 2-5 days shipping time in Luzon and 5-7 days shipping time in VisMin and/or longer especially when ECQ are enforced in affected areas of delivery.
