Simply click Forgot your password on the Sign In page, enter the email address you used when you created an account and a link to reset your password will be sent to you.

We use adaptive bitrate streaming which means the streaming quality will automatically adjust based on your internet speed.


For High Definition (HD) streaming we recommend VDSL, cable or fibre connections as we cannot guarantee consistent HD streaming on ADSL.

Thanks for renting a movie with us.


You can wait up to 14 days (rental period) to start to watch your movie content from the day of release or purchase, (which ever is later).


E.g. Movie Fantastic is released on 8 July.


  1. You purchased it before the 8 July, the 14 days countdown start from 8 July. Therefore the last day of viewing is 22 July.

  1. If you pay for it on the 10 July, the 14 days countdown start from 10 July. Therefore the last day of viewing is 24 July.


And once you click START for the movie, you have to finish watching the content within 48hrs (screening period).


Film Festival movies may have different viewing periods, please check the festival or movie detail page for info.
