01What is the venue for the training?

Each class will be held using Zoom and limited to 5 agents. Agents will receive a Zoom link prior to their scheduled class.

02How long is the class?

The class typically lasts about 2.5 hours, depending on agent questions.

03Is there anything I need to do before the class?

Yes. In order to save some time we need you to connect a few things on your end so when it comes time for class we can simply show you how to use it!
