Leads are inquiries to LawWurk from potential clients. “Open” leads are when an individual cannot find the right fit for their needs, so they submit a request to LawWurk to match them with the right fit. These are high converting leads, and we provide them to members to review, accept and assist the lead with their issue or project.
When you login into your account, you will see the menu on the left hand sidebar. It will indicate if items are outstanding or waiting for review. Lead information is located under "Manage Leads" - click this button to view any outstanding leads and accept them if you believe you would be a good fit to assist this potential client.
