Your kit arrived — congrats! Most installs take an afternoon. This roadmap points you to the right guide and the order to do things. Read Classic Pain Points first if you like to know where people get stuck before you start.
Step 1 — Gather your tools
- Tools You Need — the three mid-drive specialty tools most people don't own. Gather these before you remove a single bolt.
Step 2 — Install the motor
