๐ Will the Battery Fit on My Bike?
Batteries mount to the water-bottle bolt holes on your downtube (or to a rear rack as a fallback). Since every frame's triangle is shaped a little differently, the reliable way to check is our actual-size battery templates.
How to check:- Print the template for the battery you're eyeing โ at 100% scale (verify with a ruler after printing).
- Cut it out and hold it against your frame where it would mount to the downtube bolts.
- Leave about 0.5" of clearance at the front and top. You need that wiggle room to slide the battery on and off the mount โ a battery that "just barely fits" is one you'll fight with every day.

No room in the triangle? Plenty of frames โ especially cruisers, small frames, and full-suspension bikes โ don't have the space or the bottle bosses. A rear-rack mount is the standard fallback. It shifts weight rearward and changes handling a bit, so we recommend the downtube when it fits, but the rack gets the job done.
