⚠️ Error 06 — Low Voltage Cut-Off Protection

Bafang 48V 2-amp ebike battery charger for recharging a low pack What it means: Your battery voltage has dropped too low, and the system has cut power to protect the pack from over-discharge. This is a protective feature working correctly, not a failure. How to fix it:
  • Charge your battery. This clears the error in almost every case — the pack simply needs voltage.
  • Confirm you are using a correct 48V or 52V pack rated for your kit. An undersized or failing pack that sags under load can trip this repeatedly.
  • If a fully charged, healthy pack still throws Error 06 under load, the pack may be aging (losing its ability to hold voltage) — contact support to assess it.
