We move fast on fulfillment, which is great when you want your kit quickly and the one catch when you change your mind. Because most orders enter packing within 1–3 business days, the single most important thing is to contact us as soon as possible.

  • Before it ships: Email or message us right away with your order number and we'll cancel it for a full refund. The sooner you reach us, the more certain we can stop it in time. You can look up your order number by signing in to your account.
  • After it ships: Once a package is in the carrier's hands, it becomes a return rather than a cancellation — see our Returns section below, including the return-shipping and restocking terms.
  • Batteries: Battery orders are final sale, so cancellation is only possible if you reach us before the order is processed. Please double-check battery selection at checkout (and see the battery note under Returns).
To reach us fastest, include your order number and the reason in your first message so we can act without back-and-forth. We read messages Mon–Sat, 8am–5pm PST.
