New: you can now cancel directly from your account. Sign in to your account, open the order, and choose Cancel items — available for items that haven't shipped yet. Your request goes straight to our team, and we review requests promptly during business hours (Mon-Sat, 8am-5pm PST). You'll get a confirmation email either way.
We move fast on fulfillment, which is great when you want your kit quickly and the one catch when you change your mind. Because most orders enter packing within 1-3 business days, the single most important thing is to submit your cancellation request as soon as possible.
- Before it ships: Use the Cancel items button in your account (fastest), or email us with your order number. Cancellation fees follow our posted cancellation policy — same-day requests are free; requests after the same-day window may carry a small processing fee.
- After it ships: Once a package is in the carrier's hands, it becomes a return rather than a cancellation — see our Returns section, including the return-shipping and restocking terms.
- Batteries: Battery orders are final sale, so cancellation is only possible if you reach us before the order is processed. Please double-check battery selection at checkout (and see the battery note under Returns).
