We ship from our warehouse in Los Angeles, California, using FedEx and USPS depending on the item:

  • Small parts and accessories typically go USPS.
  • Batteries, kits, and larger items go FedEx Ground, with signature confirmation on delivery.
Processing time is 1–3 business days — that's the time to pick, test, and pack your order before the carrier takes over. Transit time is separate and depends on your distance from Los Angeles.

A few notes to set expectations:

  • Because our inventory is stocked in the US, you're not waiting on overseas shipping — most orders are on the truck within a couple of business days.
  • We currently ship within the continental United States. Warranty and return coverage also apply to the continental US only.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable (original and return shipping alike). More on that in Returns.
