🚚 Order Tracking
Once your order ships, we email you a tracking number automatically. You can follow your package any time at ebikessentials.aftership.com — just enter your order number or the tracking number from your confirmation email. You can also sign in to your account to view your order status and history.
A few things worth knowing:
- Processing takes 1–3 business days before a label goes live. If your tracking hasn't updated yet, the order is almost always still in that window — it's packed and staged, not lost.
- Kits and batteries ship with signature confirmation, so plan to have someone available, or check your carrier's options to redirect to a hold location.
- If tracking stalls for several days after it starts moving, contact us and we'll open a trace with the carrier. Don't wait it out alone — we'd rather look into it early.
