Inviting team members

Add people to your site and control what they can do.

Invite colleagues from Team in your dashboard.

Inviting someone

  1. Go to Team.
  2. Click Invite Team Member.
  3. Enter their email address and choose their permissions.
  4. They receive an invitation link. Accepting adds them to the site.

Invitations are per-site. If someone needs access to several agents, invite them to each.

Roles

Owner — created the site. Full access, including billing. There's one owner.

Admin — full access to the site's content and settings.

Member — access limited to the permissions you grant.

Permissions

PermissionWhat it allows
Edit contentCreate, edit, publish, and delete articles and collections
Manage settingsChange widget config, contact options, and site settings
View analyticsSee the analytics dashboard

Permissions are additive — grant only what someone needs. A writer usually needs Edit content alone; they don't need to change your widget configuration or see your notification setup.

Manage settings also governs visibility of notification delivery health, so grant it to whoever is responsible for your escalation channels.

Removing someone

Remove them from the Team page. Access ends immediately. Content they created stays.

Plan limits

Team size is capped by plan: 1 on Free (just you), 5 on Pro, unlimited on Scale. See Plans and pricing.

If you're at your limit, remove someone or upgrade before inviting.

Invitations that don't arrive

Check spam first. If it's genuinely missing, remove the pending invitation and re-send it — links are single-use and expire.
